Yes, you are entitled to a credit or exchange if the products you have purchased from are faulty. Simply send us an e-mail at   stating the fault and product description, please include an image of the products fault and the invoice number.

Yes,  as we try sending your order with as little packaging as possible, we ship our orders in cardboard boxes made with at least 70% recycled

material and we use compostable plant-based satchels. Just when necessary, we use green wrap fill and hemp twine. Even our tape is plastic free! as we use water activated tape.


Within Australia our shipping is 100% plastic free, however, for international orders (mandatory requirement) the package will have a small plastic doculope attached with customs documentation.

Because we are a small family business, at this stage we are unable  to offer customer service by phone. However we’re always available on email, Instagram and Facebook to assist and answer any queries you may have.  

Yes, all of our prices are GST included so you don’t have to worry about extra costs.

We only accept one coupon code per order, so make sure you choose the one with the best discount! Discounts cannot be stacked.

Absolutely, we only sell products that are 100% cruelty free.

Yes, only on your first order, however because our bundles represent a very good value for money, they are not eligible for further discount.
